Senior Design Engineer – Retail Branding, POSM & Experiential Displays

Design and engineer impactful retail displays, POSM, and experiential structures for leading consumer brands. Own projects from concept to production-ready drawings. Direct collaboration with design, production, and fabrication teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design and engineer retail display solutions including POSM, countertop units, floor displays, kiosks, brand sculptures, stalls, and custom installations.
- Develop detailed 3D models, photorealistic visualizations, and engineering drawings for production and on-site execution.
- Conceptualize and execute complex curved structures, organic forms, and sculptural retail elements with technical precision.
- Prepare manufacturing-ready drawings with complete specifications, dimensions, materials, and assembly instructions.
- Design solutions considering fabrication processes such as metal fabrication, woodworking, acrylic forming, CNC machining, vacuum forming, and related techniques.
- Collaborate closely with internal design, production, and project teams to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.
- Coordinate with vendors and fabrication partners throughout the development and production lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges during fabrication, assembly, and on-site installation.
- Ensure projects are delivered with a balance of creativity, functionality, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 3-5 years in retail branding, POSM, display design, exhibition structures, or related industries.
- Strong expertise in transforming creative concepts into technically feasible, production-ready designs.
- Hands-on experience with materials, fabrication methodologies, and manufacturing constraints.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects from concept development through final execution.
- Strong portfolio showcasing retail displays, engineering drawings, custom structures, and complex 3D forms.




- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and project execution capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with technical precision.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Must Have:

- SolidWorks
- AutoCAD
- Blender

Good to Have:

- Rhino
- Fusion 360
- KeyShot
- SolidWorks Visualize
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related discipline.
- Formal training or certifications in CAD, 3D Design, or Engineering Design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Blender.
- Certifications in Product Design, Industrial Design, Manufacturing Processes, or related domains will be an advantage.
