- We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning, and generative AI to build scalable solutions within the Azure ecosystem.

- The ideal candidate will design forecasting models, develop explainable AI capabilities, and create conversational AI agents that enable business users to interact with enterprise data through natural language.

- Key responsibilities include developing utilization and forecasting models using historical claims, member, and operational data; performing advanced feature engineering; validating models through back-testing and performance monitoring; and applying explainability techniques such as feature importance and driver attribution.

- The role also involves building AI/LLM-powered agents using Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and RAG architectures to support intelligent querying, document understanding, and insight generation.Candidates should have 5





- 8+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics with strong proficiency in Python, SQL, machine learning, and statistical modeling.

- Experience with Azure, Databricks, Power BI, and MLOps is preferred.

- Exposure to healthcare, insurance, claims analytics, or financial risk modeling will be a solid advantage.The successful candidate will collaborate closely with data engineering, business, and product teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions that improve forecasting accuracy, automate decision-making, and generate measurable business value.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business insights are essential
