Role Overview:

We are hiring a hands-on Senior Data Scientist to design and deploy enterprise‑scale AI systems in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and NLP. You will build production‑ready AI agents that integrate with APIs, databases, and business workflows—ensuring reliability, observability, and governance.

Responsibilities:

- Build and optimize LLM applications, RAG systems, embeddings, and vector database integrations ( Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus)
- Develop autonomous agents using frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, etc.) with planning, reflection, memory, and multi‑agent collaboration.
- Deliver end‑to‑end NLP solutions (summarization, QA, sentiment, document intelligence).
- Ensure production readiness: observability, governance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams; mentor juniors.

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands‑on with Agentic AI frameworks and NLP pipelines (PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Hugging Face, Lang Chain, Llama Index, NumPy, Pandas)
- Experience with open‑source LLMs (Llama, Qwen, Mistral, Gemma, Granite).
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, semantic/hybrid search, vector databases.




- Familiarity with model serving (vLLM, Ollama, TGI, TensorRT‑LLM).
- Solid engineering fundamentals: APIs, Git, containerization, distributed systems.

Preferred:

- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Docker.
- MLOps/LLMOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, DVC, Argo Workflows, LangSmith, W&B;).
- Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, ITSM).
- Contributions to open‑source or AI communities.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
