Responsibilities

-Develop original campaign concepts and creative ideas across multiple brands.

-Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for:

- Digital campaigns

- Social media

- Print advertisements

- Outdoor advertising

- Websites and landing pages

- Brand identity projects

- Corporate communication

- Sales collateral and brochures
- Films, AVs, and video scripts

- Emailers and CRM campaigns

-Collaborate with designers to create integrated creative solutions. -Understand client briefs and translate business objectives into strong communication.

-Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic creative thinking.

-Present concepts and copy rationale to internal teams and clients when required.

-Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and brand voice across all communication.

-Proofread and review creative work before release.

-Mentor junior copywriters and provide constructive creative feedback.

-Stay updated with industry trends, culture, technology, and consumer behaviour.

Required Skills

- Exceptional command of written English.

- Excellent understanding of advertising principles and consumer communication.




- Strong editing and proofreading skills.
- AI proficient, with the ability to effectively use AI tools for research, ideation, copy development, presentation creation, and improving creative workflows.
- Ability to evaluate, refine, and build upon AI-generated outputs while maintaining originality, strategic thinking, and brand voice.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable handling deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
