Role Description The Quality Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Dholera, responsible for overseeing and improving quality standards across renewable energy operations and projects. This role includes developing and implementing quality management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and relevant regulatory and industry norms. The Quality Manager will lead quality audits, inspections, and root-cause analyses, and will collaborate closely with operations, engineering, procurement, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) teams to drive corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves tracking key quality metrics, preparing reports and documentation, and promoting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, safety, and performance of facilities and processes.
