Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Representative role based in Pune City. The Sales Representative will engage directly with customers, present PRAKHI ORIGINAL’s product range, and provide knowledgeable guidance to support purchasing decisions. Daily responsibilities include managing in-store and B2B inquiries, conducting product demonstrations,



maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships, meeting sales targets, processing orders, and handling follow-ups and after-sales support. The Sales Representative will also collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support promotional activities, gather customer feedback, and contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes.
Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients professionally and courteously.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in retail, luxury goods, or lifestyle brands, and comfort working toward sales targets.
Basic knowledge of fragrance, home décor, or luxury products, with a willingness to learn and represent brand values and product features effectively.
