About the Role
Lovely Professional University is seeking an experienced, globally connected, and result-oriented professional to lead its International Placements and Global Corporate Outreach function. The role is responsible for building a strong international placement ecosystem by creating global employment opportunities, forging strategic corporate partnerships, strengthening alumni engagement, and enhancing the employability of both Indian and international students.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in international recruitment, corporate relations, global business development, higher education partnerships, and stakeholder management across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities
International Placement Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for international placements and global career opportunities.




Create sustainable pathways for Indian students to secure employment opportunities across international markets.
Facilitate placement opportunities for international students in their respective home countries through employer and alumni networks.
Expand the university's global placement footprint by identifying new regions, industries, and employer segments.
Global Corporate Outreach & Employer Engagement
Establish and maintain strong relationships with multinational corporations, global employers, recruitment firms, staffing agencies, and industry associations.
Drive employer acquisition initiatives to generate international internships, graduate programs, and full time employment opportunities.
Represent the university at global recruitment fairs, industry forums, conferences, and networking events.
Position the university as a preferred talent partner for international organizations.
