Corporate Relations Executive Responsibilities-
Research and identify companies that are actively hiring for technology roles.
Identify and connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers.
Reach out to companies through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other qualified channels.
Understand company hiring requirements and coordinate with the internal team to share relevant candidate profiles.
Maintain and regularly update a database of companies, HR contacts, hiring requirements, and job openings.
Follow up with companies regarding open positions, candidate submissions, interview schedules, and hiring status.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
Coordinate with the candidate placement team to ensure timely fulfilment of client
requirements.
