ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly driven Associate Director –
Sales to own the Pune and West Maharashtra BFSI market.

This is a pure hunting role where you will be responsible for identifying,
building, and closing enterprise opportunities with banks, NBFCs, insurance
companies, fintechs, and other financial institutions.





You will work closely with the founders, pre-sales, product, and customer
success teams to drive strategic revenue growth while becoming the face of
GreyLabs AI in the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Own the complete enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to
proposal, commercial negotiation, and closure.

* Build and execute a territory strategy for Pune and surrounding BFSI
accounts.

* Acquire new enterprise customers while expanding strategic relationships
within existing accounts.

* Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders across Operations, Collections,
Contact Center, Digital, Technology, Customer Experience, and Business
functions.

* Position GreyLabs AI's Voice AI and Speech Analytics platform as a strategic
business transformation solution.

* Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Product teams to design customer-centric AI
solutions.

* Build a strong and predictable sales pipeline with accurate forecasti
