Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist who can blend performance data, creative thinking, and brand strategy to drive high-impact campaigns across Meta and Google.
This role is ideal for someone who can turn CTR and conversion insights into winning creative strategies, build strong pitch decks, shape UGC-led campaigns, and partner with creative, media, and account teams to improve performance at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze creative performance across key metrics such as CTR, Hook Rate, Thumb Stop Rate, CVR, CPA, and ROAS to identify opportunities and optimize campaign outcomes.
Develop actionable creative strategy recommendations based on performance insights, audience behavior, and funnel stages (TOF / MOF / BOF).
Own CTR reports, creative performance summaries,



and insight-led review decks for internal and client-facing presentations.
Lead the creation of strategy decks for new business pitches, campaign launches, creative refreshes, and scaling opportunities.
Build and strengthen brand positioning across performance campaigns while ensuring consistency in messaging and creative direction.
Drive UGC strategy by identifying winning hooks, storytelling formats, and creator-led content approaches that improve engagement and conversions.
Conduct competitive and creative research using platforms like Meta Ads Library and Google to identify market trends, messaging gaps, and differentiation opportunities.
Collaborate closely with creative, media, and account teams to align campaign execution with both performance goals and brand objectives.
