We're looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager who thrives on owning revenue, building market presence, and closing enterprise deals.

Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end business growth—from identifying market opportunities and generating leads to closing enterprise deals and strengthening the Impelox brand.
This is a quota-carrying role where success is measured by revenue generated, pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and strategic market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.




Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with predictable forecasting.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas.
Develop account growth strategies for key customers.
Lead Generation to Deal Closure
Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and digital channels.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and business presentations.
Prepare proposals, commercial negotiations, and close enterprise deals.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from first contact to contract signing.
Brand Positioning & Go-to-Market
Position Impelox as a trusted AI and technology partner.
Work closely with Marketing to strengthen thought leadership and market visibility.
Represent the company at conferences, networking events, webinars, and industry forums.
Collect customer insights to refine messaging and value propositions.
