Role Description The Inside Sales Manager is a full time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts for Jarvis’s eCommerce and CRM solutions. This role involves managing the inside sales team, setting targets, and monitoring performance to achieve revenue goals. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads,



conducting product presentations and demos via phone and online meetings, and collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to align sales efforts with business objectives. The Inside Sales Manager will maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports in CRM systems, nurture long-term client relationships, and provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs. The role also includes mentoring team members, supporting pre-sales activities, and ensuring a high standard of customer engagement and follow-up.
Qualifications
