Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can combine speed with robust creative thinking. This is not just

a design execution role — you will play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up across platforms.

The role requires working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where designs are expected to

not just look good, but drive engagement, conversions, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-impact creatives for social media (static + motion) aligned with ongoing campaigns
Execute end-to-end offline assets (pamphlets, banners, inserts, etc.) from concept to final print-

ready files

Create performance-driven digital assets: ads,



WhatsApp creatives, newsletters, brochures, and

more

Collaborate closely with marketing, category, and product teams to bring campaigns to life visually
Design app creatives, landing pages, and basic wireframes/mockups for user journeys
Handle image editing, enhancements, and quick turnarounds for day-to-day business needs
Maintain and evolve Fairdeal’s visual identity across all touchpoints

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in graphic design (startup / fast-paced environment preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with Figma + Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects,

InDesign)

Working knowledge of AI-led design workflows (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney / similar tools)
Strong portfolio showcasing social media, performance marketing, and brand work
Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
Ability to think concept-first, not just execution-first
