Fairy Frills is a D2C fashion brand for kids, offering trendy and comfortable clothing for children. We're hiring a Sales Executive to handle client outreach, generate leads, and manage customer queries.
What You'll Do
Reach out to potential customers through calls, messages, and social media
Generate new leads and follow up with them until conversion
Handle customer queries about products, sizes, pricing, and orders
Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
Follow up with leads from website, Instagram, and other marketing campaigns
Keep track of leads, queries, and orders
Share customer feedback with the team to help improve products and service
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer handling (fashion/retail experience is a plus)
Positive communication skills, both spoken and written
Friendly and patient approach while handling customer queries
Comfortable working with sales/lead targets
