Role Description The CMM role is a full time, on-site position based at Shaily Engineering Plastics Limited in Vadodara. The role involves operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform precise dimensional inspections of plastic components and tooling. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting engineering drawings and 3D models, setting up inspection routines,



measuring parts against specifications, and documenting results in inspection reports. The CMM professional collaborates closely with quality assurance, production, and engineering teams to resolve dimensional issues, support root cause analysis, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining CMM equipment, following safety and quality procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the inspection and measurement process.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in CMM operation, CMM programming, and dimensional inspection.
