Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Source candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
Coordinate with colleges for internship and campus hiring drives.
Assist in HR operations, documentation, and reporting
