Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and expanding the company’s presence in the solar EPC market. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, preparing proposals, participating in client meetings and presentations,



and negotiating contracts in alignment with company objectives. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with project, technical, and finance teams to develop tailored solutions, support bid preparation, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution. The role also includes market research, tracking competitor activities, and providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications

Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and contract negotiation.
Knowledge of the solar energy sector or broader renewable energy industry, with the ability to understand EPC offerings and project requirements.
Competence in market research, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning to support growth objectives.
