We're looking for Nursing Informatics Specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems built around clinical workflows, health information systems, and electronic health records. Your frontline nursing knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and supports real-world patient care.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role working alongside world-leading AI research teams.
Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, EHR workflows, and health informatics outputs for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
Translate nursing workflows and clinical knowledge into explicit, actionable feedback that helps AI systems improve
Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated clinical documentation and system designs
Assess how well AI tools reflect actual nursing practice,
patient safety standards, and documentation best practices
Provide structured, expert-level feedback using rating scales and written commentary
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on patient care experience
Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
Experience in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing documentation workflows
Strong ability to analyze clinical scenarios and communicate findings clearly in writing
Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
No prior AI experience required — your clinical expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
Background in nursing informatics, clinical systems implementation, or health data quality
Experience with data annotation, clinical evaluation, or quality improvement projects
