Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The role involves identifying and acquiring new customers for home, construction, and mortgage loans, managing existing customer relationships, and providing end-to-end support throughout the loan lifecycle. Daily activities include explaining loan products, assessing customer eligibility, collecting and verifying documents,



coordinating with credit and operations teams, and ensuring timely loan approvals and disbursements. The Relationship Manager will also follow up on leads, maintain accurate records in internal systems, support collection efforts when required, and represent HomeFirst professionally in the local market. Collaboration with branch staff and management to meet sales and service targets is a key part of the role.
Qualifications
Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with a focus on trust, clarity, and responsiveness.
Sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closure of housing loan deals.
Basic financial analysis and documentation skills relevant to retail lending, including understanding of income assessment and credit profiles.
