Role Description The Sales Manager role at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Ameerpet. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by sourcing and converting leads for home loans,



loans against property, and other housing finance products. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales team, setting and tracking targets, coaching team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, channel partners, and developers, conducting regular market visits, and identifying current business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also analyze sales performance data, prepare reports for leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products, processes, and customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
Experience in housing finance, mortgages, or NBFC/banking products, with solid understanding of loan processing and credit fundamentals.
