Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Generative AI Engineer at The Agentic Loop. The Generative AI Engineer will design, build, and refine agentic and generative AI systems, including prompt pipelines, tools, and evaluation frameworks for real-world use cases.



Day-to-day responsibilities include experimenting with state-of-the-art language and multimodal models, developing prototypes, integrating APIs and external tools, and optimizing performance, reliability, and safety. The role also involves collaborating on educational content and programs, translating complex engineering work into practical explanations, and contributing to internal frameworks, documentation, and best practices for production-grade generative AI.

Qualifications
Strong software engineering skills, including proficiency in Python and experience with building and deploying production systems.
Hands-on experience with up-to-date generative and agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and tool/plugin systems).
Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, model evaluation, and techniques for prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or retrieval-augmented generation.
