About The Role

The Sr. Graphic Designer at Strobe Works plays a crucial role in shaping the visual narrative of our clients' brands. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling promotional designs that align with strategic marketing goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail,



capable of translating creative briefs into visually stunning assets across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the Design Lead and other team members to develop innovative concepts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for branding, digital marketing, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a BA/BS degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing design, either within an in-house creative team or at an agency, is essential.
