Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and result-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist with experience in the life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related research industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing customer relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region / Pune / Hyderabad / Bangalore. The position requires strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting innovative scientific solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert recent business opportunities with biotech companies, pharmaceutical organizations, research institutes, and laboratories.
Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, customer meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and order closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Conduct technical product demonstrations, customer trainings, and application discussions in collaboration with internal teams.
Support marketing initiatives, customer engagement activities, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
