We handle SEO, performance marketing, web development, SMM, branding, and digital workflow automation for brands ranging from fintech to real estate to healthcare. We're scaling fast and building out a direct outbound sales engine to complement our existing referral partnerships.
The Role
We're hiring our first dedicated SDR to build and run outbound pipeline — prospecting, cold outreach (email + LinkedIn), qualifying leads, and booking discovery calls for our sales lead. This is a foundational hire: you'll help shape how we do outbound at Outdo, not just execute a fixed playbook.
You'll report to our sales lead, with weekly reviews on outreach volume, response rates, and meetings booked.
What You'll Do
Run outbound campaigns across cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling — using whichever channel (or mix) converts best for a given segment, not a fixed playbook




Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria before handing off to sales
Book qualified discovery calls/demos for the sales team (transparent monthly targets, set after a 30-day ramp period)
Maintain accurate, clean pipeline data in our CRM (Bigin) — every touch logged, every lead staged correctly
Personalize outreach at scale — no generic templates; research each prospect before reaching out
Follow up relentlessly and systematically (multi-touch sequences across email/LinkedIn/call)
Report weekly on outreach volume, response rates, and qualified meetings booked, broken down by channel
Work closely with our sales lead to refine ICP, messaging, channel mix, and target verticals based on what's converting
What We're Looking For
1-3 years in an SDR/BDR/inside sales role — B2B, agency, or SaaS background strongly preferred
