Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electric Vehicle (EV) R&D; Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The EV R&D; Engineer will design, develop, and test electric vehicle systems and components, with a focus on powertrain, battery management, control systems, and integration with educational and training equipment. Daily responsibilities include performing technical research, creating and validating prototypes,



conducting performance and reliability tests, and documenting design specifications and test results. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product design, academic content developers, and manufacturing, to translate engineering concepts into robust lab equipment and training solutions. The engineer will also support continuous improvement initiatives, assist in resolving technical issues, and contribute to product roadmaps aligned with emerging EV technologies and standards.
Qualifications
