About The Role

MM Nova Tech is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities for multiple companies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in bookkeeping, account reconciliations, advanced Microsoft Excel, and accounting software, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.



This role is vital to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across various entities, supporting the company's financial health and compliance obligations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining organized financial records, preparing reports, and collaborating with auditors and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 6–7 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial processes and principles. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field is required. Candidates must have strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, financial reconciliations, and experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally Prime, Xero, or similar platforms.
