ABOUT THE ROLE:

Your job is to turn interested parents into paying parents, and to keep the families who join us with us. You look after a parent from the first time they hear about us until long after they have joined.
This is a hands-on role. You will be on live sessions, on calls with parents, and in the numbers every day.
It is also not a closing-only job.



You will own the systems behind the sale as well: the follow-up lists, the renewals, the tracking. If you only want to be handed leads and paid per close, this is not the right fit.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Run the messages and calls that keep a parent interested, from the day they first hear about us to the day they join, and change them when they stop working
Attend our live 3 day programs, find the parents who need us most, and close their enrolment
Make sure the families already with us stay with us, and sign up again for another year
Follow up on every part payment, pending payment and callback, so nobody is lost
Handle refunds with care, and track what is causing them
Be present on every online session, help the team answer parent questions well, and write down the reasons parents say no so we can answer them better next time
Turn the parents who already follow us on Instagram and in our WhatsApp groups into parents
