About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in organizational change management to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a pivotal partner to our clients, leading complex transformation programs that span business, technology, and operational domains. The ideal candidate will act as the change lead on engagements,



responsible for assessing change impacts, designing comprehensive change strategies, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and driving the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery, often embedded within program leadership teams. You will shape the change agenda from initial strategy through to sustainment, ensuring that transformation initiatives deliver measurable value and lasting impact.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4-5 years dedicated to leading change management initiatives within medium to large-scale transformation programs.
