About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Operations Leader to oversee and optimize our payroll and HR functions across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of comprehensive HR operations experience,
with at least 5 years leading large-scale payroll and HR teams. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and employee benefits administration.
