About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Paid Media professional with hands-on experience in managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and performance metrics. This role requires someone who can manage monthly ad spends effectively, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to business growth through paid media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
Handle monthly ad budgets ranging from ₹3 Lakhs to ₹5 Lakhs across multiple accounts/campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize regularly to improve ROI and efficiency.
Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPM, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, retargeting,



and bidding strategy implementation.
Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal reviews.
Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing page alignment.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to scale campaign performance.
Ensure proper campaign structuring, naming conventions, and account hygiene.
Support testing initiatives including A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and campaign objectives.

Required Skills

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Paid Media only.
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory).
Exposure to LinkedIn Ads will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of digital advertising metrics: CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPM.
Solid Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.
Good knowledge of PowerPoint for client/internal presentations.
