We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer / Technical Lead – Battery Management System (BMS) Development to join our growing EV and Automotive Engineering team.

? Location: Bangalore
? Experience: 7+ Years

Key Requirements:

✅ Robust expertise in MATLAB, Simulink & Stateflow
✅ Experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development
✅ Hands-on exposure to Battery Management Systems (BMS) / Battery Pack Development preferred
✅ Knowledge of System Composer and DaVinci Developer
✅ Strong model review, debugging, and requirement analysis skills
✅ Experience in Software V-Cycle Development Process
✅ Proven team leadership experience, managing a team of 3+ engineers




✅ Planning, tracking, and milestone management expertise

Preferred Skills:

? Battery algorithms (SOC, SOH, SOP, Cell Balancing, Thermal Management)
? AUTOSAR ASW exposure
? C Programming & Debugging
? EV/Hybrid Vehicle development experience

Educational Qualification:

? Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electronics, Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
