About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) to join Mizuho's state-of-the-art Global Capability Center in Pune.



This pivotal role involves supporting Mizuho Americas' IT operations within a cutting-edge Technology Operations Center modeled on a “mission control” concept. The DBA will be responsible for providing Level 1 support for SQL Server databases, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. The successful candidate will work within a 24x7 rotating shift pattern, collaborating closely with US infrastructure teams to maintain operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a global team, contributing to critical incident management, proactive monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives that underpin Mizuho’s technological resilience and innovation.
