About The Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore for a Social Media and Account Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, developing strategic social media plans, and overseeing the execution of creative campaigns.



Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the main liaison between clients and our internal creative teams, curating content calendars, and monitoring social media performance metrics to ensure optimal results. You will be expected to innovate engagement strategies, enhance brand visibility, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction to foster long-term brand growth. This role requires a proactive individual capable of balancing multiple client accounts while delivering creative and effective social media solutions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Social Media Management (SMM), campaign planning, content calendaring, and understanding platform algorithms for channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
Strong client servicing and account management skills to maintain and nurture healthy partner relationships.
