Role Description
This full-time remote Software Engineer role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining software systems that power The Agentic Loop’s products and learning experiences. The person in this role will implement back-end services and APIs, integrate AI models and tools, and ensure systems are reliable, secure, and scalable.



Day-to-day work includes writing clean, well-tested code, reviewing contributions from other team members, and collaborating with product, content, and program leads to deliver new features. The Software Engineer will also help improve engineering practices, optimize performance, and contribute to technical documentation. Participation in technical discussions, experimentation with emerging AI technologies, and continuous learning are expected parts of the role.

Qualifications
Robust foundation in Computer Science concepts and Software Development practices.
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with experience in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar).
Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including building APIs, working with databases, and integrating external services.
Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative dev
