Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets for vehicle and business loan products, managing a portfolio of customers, and developing new business through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting customer meetings,



explaining loan products and eligibility, and coordinating end-to-end loan processing with internal teams. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Sales Manager will also guide and support junior sales team members, helping to improve sales effectiveness and customer service.
Qualifications
