About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team at Accops. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products, particularly in the areas of networking, virtualization, and security solutions. The Senior QA Engineer will lead testing initiatives, develop and implement comprehensive test strategies,
and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess extensive manual testing experience, strong domain knowledge, and excellent leadership skills to mentor junior team members and manage external testing resources effectively.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a BCA, MCA, BE, or BTech degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology. A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing is required, with a proven track record in leading QA teams and managing testing projects. Strong understanding of networking concepts, virtualization platforms, and security protocols is essential. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
