About The Role
The Digital Sales Head at Equentis will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through digital channels. This leadership position requires overseeing the entire online sales funnel, managing lead conversion processes, and scaling a high-volume sales operation.
The successful candidate will act as a bridge between marketing, inside sales, and advisory teams, ensuring seamless integration and execution of digital sales strategies. This role involves direct management of teams responsible for converting digital leads into paying clients, with a focus on achieving targeted revenue outcomes. The Digital Sales Head will own key performance indicators related to digital sales, optimize conversion metrics, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess over 10 years of sales experience, with significant exposure to digital and inside sales environments. Proven leadership experience in fintech, wealth advisory, insurance, edtech, or subscription-based businesses is essential.
