As a Senior operations Specialist, you will contribute to operational efficiency by supporting the review of Experience onboarding funnels and assessing their readiness for listing on Airbnb, ensuring alignment with policy, design, and regulatory requirements. As a member of the Operations team, you will apply foundational principles, practices, and methodologies within your designated focus area, developing expertise across a range of workflows. This role requires a blend of functional knowledge and hands-on experience to support efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day operations.
Assist in the end-to-end Hotel profile creation and onboarding process, including processing content (photos, amenities) and managing data entry for hotel profiles.
