Role Description This is a full-time Sales Associate role based in Dehradun, offered in a hybrid work model that combines on-site client engagement with some work-from-home flexibility.



The Sales Associate will identify and qualify potential customers in the infrastructure and construction sectors, present BituBin India’s sustainable solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating product demonstrations, and following up on leads. The role involves building long-term relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, and tracking sales performance against targets. The Sales Associate will also support customer education on sustainable procurement options and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
