Solid experience in Capital Markets, including Trade Lifecycle, Settlement, Reconciliation, Custody, and Securities Processing. - Hands-on exposure to Digital Assets, Cryptocurrencies, Stablecoins, Crypto Custody, Wallets, and Trading Platforms. - Understanding of Blockchain technologies, Digital Asset Tokenization, and Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT). - Knowledge of AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Regulatory Compliance frameworks. - Expertise in Business Analysis methodologies within Agile/Scrum environments. - Experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions. - Strong understanding of API integrations, data flows, and platform interoperability. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology teams.
Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and impact assessment across Capital Markets and Digital Asset platforms. - Partner with business stakeholders to define and execute transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.



- Assess current-state and target-state operating models and identify process improvement and automation opportunities. - Define and document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Design end-to-end workflows covering onboarding, trading, settlement, custody, and asset servicing processes. - Collaborate with front office, trading, custody operations, compliance, and technology teams to deliver business solutions. - Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and product demonstrations. - Act as a Proxy Product Owner by supporting backlog management and delivery prioritization. - Define integration requirements, APIs, data flows, and system interoperability needs. - Support UAT, release management, production validation, and post-implementation activities.
