Lovely Professional University (LPU) is looking for a creative, data-driven, and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing engaging content, managing online communities, executing social media campaigns, and driving audience engagement through innovative digital strategies.
This role requires someone who stays updated with the latest social media trends, understands platform algorithms, and can create impactful campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with organizational branding and marketing objectives.
Manage and grow official social media handles across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Threads, and emerging platforms.




Create engaging, creative, and platform-specific content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, short videos, and graphics.
Plan and maintain monthly content calendars in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content writers to create compelling digital content.
Monitor daily engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active online community.
Track social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
Execute organic and paid social media campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare actionable reports with recommendations.
