Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Laboratory Helper based in Current Delhi, with the flexibility to work from home on certain occasions. The Laboratory Helper will assist in maintaining and operating laboratory equipment, conduct routine quality control checks, prepare and handle samples, ensure lab cleanliness, and support the team in their analytical and reporting tasks.



The role also includes maintaining documentation for lab processes and complying with safety and procedural guidelines.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including the operation of laboratory equipment and adherence to safety protocols
Experience in Quality Control and the ability to ensure compliance with industry standards
Strong Analytical Skills for testing, data interpretation, and problem-solving
Effective Communication skills for collaboration and reporting results clearly
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Basic understanding of food technology or a related field is a plus
Ability to manage both on-site and remote tasks effectively
