Role Description

The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations. This role will prepare and review financial statements, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders. The Accountant will maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations,



and internal controls, as well as support audits and process improvements. The position involves close collaboration with leadership and other teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions in a fast-moving Martech workplace. This is a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Strong skills in core accounting functions such as general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Proficiency in financial reporting, including preparation of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Comfort using accounting software and spreadsheets; familiarity with cloud-based tools and ERPs is beneficial.
Knowledge of relevant tax regulations, compliance requirements, and basic audit procedures.
