Develop high-converting copy for Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, product pages, websites, emails, WhatsApp campaignsand other digital marketing assets.

Create performance-focused ad copies, video scripts, hooks, headlines, product messaging, and CTAs that drive customer action.

Lead campaign storytelling and copy strategy for product launches, brand campaigns, seasonal promotions and retention marketing.

Develop creative concepts and messaging angles based on customer insights, market trends and campaign objectives.

Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Design, CRM, Influencer Marketing and Creative teams to build impactful campaigns.

Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints.

Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to refine messaging and improve conversions.

Review, edit, and guide copy quality across campaigns while maintaining clarity, accuracy and brand consistency.

Mentor junior writers and contribute to improving copy processes and creative standards within the team.

4–6 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Copywriter, preferably with D2C, Wellness, FMCG, Beauty, Lifestyle or E-commerce brands.

Strong portfolio showcasing performance ads, video scripts, landing pages, email campaigns, brand campaigns and conversion-focused copy.

Excellent command of English with strong storytelling, conceptual thinking and persuasive writing skills.

Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer psychology, conversion-focused communication, and digital buying behaviour.

Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and develop communication strategies.
