Your work profile

- SAP RE-FX to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) solutions. Should possess solid expertise in lease management, real estate contracts, IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance, SAP FI-AA integration, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
- Configure and implement SAP RE-FX solutions based on business requirements.
- Design and manage: Lease Contract Management, Property Management, Rent Calculation, Service Charge Settlement,



Real Estate Master Data, Contract Lifecycle Management.

Key skills required

- Should have atleast 5+ years experience in SAP REFX.
- Should support IFRS 16 and ASC 842 lease accounting requirements.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinate with ABAP developers.
- Execute SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, and go-live support.
- Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Support production issues and implement enhancements.
- Mentor junior consultants and participate in solution reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA
