Role Description This full-time remote Senior Client Implementation Specialist role is responsible for leading end-to-end onboarding and implementation of impress.ai solutions for enterprise and government clients. The role includes gathering and translating client requirements, configuring the platform, managing timelines, and coordinating with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure successful launches.

The specialist will oversee solution testing, user training, and documentation, and will proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout implementation.



Day-to-day work involves serving as a primary point of contact for clients, monitoring project status and adoption metrics, and driving continuous improvement in implementation processes and playbooks. The role also contributes to best practices, supports complex integrations with client systems, and helps optimize client outcomes aligned with impress.ai’s recruiting vision.

Qualifications

- Client implementation and project management skills, including requirements gathering, scoping, planning, and stakeholder coordination.
- Technical aptitude in SaaS or enterprise software, with experience in system configuration, integrations, and basic data analysis or troubleshooting.
- Solid communication and relationship management abilities, with skill in presenting solutions, facilitating workshops, and managing expectations across diverse stakeholders.
- Process improvement and documentation skills, including the ability to create playbooks, training materials, and clear implementation guidelines.
- Experience implementing HR tech, recruitment platforms, or ATS-related solutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, HR, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven success in a client-facing role, preferably in a senior or lead implementation capacity, and comfort working in a remote, distributed environment.
- Familiarity with data privacy, information security standards, or compliance frameworks is a plus.
