- Role & responsibilities :

- Manage and supervise construction and waterproofing projects,

- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress,

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and vendors.

- Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of projects.

- Prepare measurments, billing and project documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in civil construction and waterproofing projects.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning software.

- Willing to travel and relocate to project locations as required.

- Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

- Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
