CS Realty seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities for multiple residential villa/Builder's projects. The ideal candidate will ensure quality construction, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and manage civil and finishing work to ensure timely completion of the project.
Role & responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site construction activities from excavation to structure to finishing.
- Coordinate with civil contractors, electricians, plumbers, and interior vendors.
- Ensure work is done as per architectural and structural drawings.
- Manage materials on-site, ensure timely delivery, and avoid wastage.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards and safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly status to management.
- Work closely with architects and engineers for design implementation.
- Handle on-site troubleshooting and resolve execution-related issues.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in residential construction supervision especially in Low Rise Building.
- Proven experience in building independent Villas/ Builders Floor or similar residential structures.
- Strong knowledge of Civil works, Structural Execution and interior finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret architecture and structural drawings.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Similarity with local construction norms labour laws and safety practices.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: 42,000 55000 per month (based on experience & skillset).
