We are looking for Senior Associate, having experience in program management (Agile methodology): ? Strong knowledge of Agile concepts, Scrum and ability to handle multiple Scrum deliveries ? Basic knowledge of SDLC & waterfall / project management concepts. ?

Robust experience in Excel. Knowledge of VBA will be added advantage. ? Strong written and verbal communications skills required, proficient level of stakeholder management. ? Good problem solving, analytical and decision making ability supported by data ?

Requires strong interpersonal, motivational, organizational and planning skills. ? Works independently requiring little supervision ? Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical, business and project management people to proactively manage project issues logs, risk logs, status reports, etc. ?

Ability to multi-task ? Strong sense of team as well as sense of urgency/prioritization ? Ability to work in an environment where priorities change frequently ? Robust analytical and organizational skills ?

Experience/Knowledge in Salesforce (Sales Cloud) will be added advantage Key accountabilities: ? Facilitate scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-up, sprint review & demo and retrospectives) ? Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team?s ability to deliver against their commitments. ?

Coach team members on the agile scrum values/principles, how work gets done, estimation & grooming techniques, JIT model storming, etc.



? Coach product owners on agile scrum release management, grooming practices, business epic backlog structure, stakeholder engagement, etc. ? Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs. ?

Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution. ? Foster a collaborative dynamic between Product Management, development and other cross-functional stakeholders. ? Establish high levels project progress visibility and transparency throughout the organization via breaking silos, agile metrics, collaborative tools, culture change and establishing best practices. ?

Ensure project delivery expectations are specified and met through stakeholder management ? Engage project stakeholders and communicate project updates to ensure project success ? Provide clear direction and motivation to team ?

Successfully manage project changes, risks, issues and actions ? Work with multi-site project teams across time zones and locations Business Compliance Ensure a sound understanding of, demonstrate commitment to and comply with all legislation & Publicis Groupe Policies e.g., Janus, GSO and IT policies, etc. Personal & Team Accountabilities Actively develop and maintain strong working relationships with all Re:Sources personnel both at an interpersonal level and across all business processes within the wider business environment.
