Role Description The Senior Brand Solutions Executive role involves leading brand strategy and solutions for clients, translating business objectives into creative and effective marketing approaches. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their brand vision, conducting market and audience research, and developing integrated brand and social media strategies.

The executive will coordinate with internal creative and design teams to brief, review, and refine campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms. The role also requires monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports and insights, and recommending improvements to strengthen brand positioning and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet and exceed client goals.
- Manage and oversee digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Analyze data to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Act as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
- Present strategic plans, performance reports, and insights to clients effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of digital marketing professionals to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven team environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews,



providing constructive feedback and development plans.
- Identify and address potential project risks and challenges proactively.

Qualifications

- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience – Proven experience as a Brand Solutions Executive / Social Media Executive or similar role, with hands-on exposure to managing multiple client accounts and successful campaigns.
